Our property management services include: all necessary maintenance requested, tenant screening & management, and regular property inspections. We are a performance based company; until we place a tenant, our service is free. Prompt response to all requests within a 24 hour period. We only use vendors that are licensed, bonded and insured.

The first part to a successful rental campaign starts with a complimentary consultation to discuss your rental property and your goals for renting the property. Once established, we will advertise and market your rental property by including the listing on multiple real estate syndications to ensure the widest recognition possible. We will also include direct outreach to our exclusive network of relocation agents. In addition, we will host open houses, signage (if applicable), tours, and interview prospective tenants for your rental property.

As part of our leasing services for landlords, we put each leasing applicant through a rigorous screening process to ensure the highest quality tenants for your rental property. Our application process will provide a full credit report & score, criminal background check, and eviction report. Please note that the application process that we use will have no adverse affect to the applicants credit score.
